How to Use AI-Generated Slide Presentations to Boost Your YouTube Sales Machine
Get Excited!
If you’re looking for a way to stand out and reach more newsletter subscribers, we've come up with a forward-thinking, cutting-edge organic traffic method. Slideshow presentations are not only visually appealing for visual learners, but they are also incredibly effective in delivering content in a clear and easy-to-digest format.
SlideShare is a lesser-known platform by marketers, but it boasts around 80 million regular users. The exciting part? We’re catching a trend that has plenty of traffic before the market becomes oversaturated. Yes there are people marketing on here, but not nearly as much as other platforms. This gives you a head start while others are still focused on traditional social media channels.
SlideShare is a powerful, focused space in the online marketing world. If your content ranks well, it has the potential to hit at least hit hundreds, if not thousands, of views due to its search engine functionality. With AI tools, you can generate well-designed slides in minutes, allowing you to capitalize on this traffic-rich platform without spending too much time on content creation. Remember, any views are more people looking at your content, so even though you start from scratch it is a great platform to build a presence.
Create valuable, informational content on SlideShare.com that includes a sign-up link to your newsletter and promotes a lead magnet (such as a free eBook) to attract more subscribers.
When it comes to creating professional presentations, both Gamma and SlidesCarnival offer unique advantages powered by AI to streamline your workflow and deliver top-quality content. These tools simplify the process so you can focus on the message rather than the mechanics of presentation design or content generation. The way that each of these tools uses AI is different: Gamma uses AI to generate both the design and content itself, while SlidesCarnival offers beautiful, top-of-the-line designs, and you can use AI separately to generate your presentation script.
Gamma.app is a fantastic tool for instantly generating professional-quality slides. With its intuitive design and quick slide creation capabilities, Gamma saves you time and effort. We will be providing the paid version of this tool for you to share with the team. You can later customize and fine-tune your content to match your style and branding. Gamma’s speed and efficiency make it a go-to for anyone needing a fast, professional slide deck. It's so simple and easy to make a whole slide presentation with this tool!
SlidesCarnival.com is perfect for creating visually stunning slides, especially if you want to make an impact on platforms like SlideShare. The exciting part is that SlidesCarnival offers highly designed templates for free which in the past would have required hiring a graphic designer (they just ask that you mention their site name in small print somewhere). These templates can be easily edited in Canva.com, where you can set up a free account. Visually appealing slides are essential for standing out and ranking on SlideShare, and this platform delivers visual appeal. You can even use ChatGPT to outline your script, or have Gamma generate a draft and then plug it into SlidesCarnival for that polished, professional look.
Use Gamma.app to Generate Slides:
Provide a simple prompt or script for the slides, but for best results, we recommend using a script generated by ChatGPT.
Tip: The easiest way to do this weekly is to reformat your YouTube video content into a slide presentation.
Reformat YouTube Video Script:
Take your video script and ask ChatGPT to rewrite it as a slide presentation script for Gamma.app.
Enter Script Into Gamma [& Optionally SlideCarnival]:
Enter the script into Gamma to instantly and automagically generate a beautifully designed slide presentation. Be sure to edit it and make sure it looks visually appealing. You can change out images or ask AI to rework something.
(Optional) Go The Extra Mile With SlidesCarnival: Take the visual draft generated by Gamma and plug it into beautiful pre-made templates in Canva.com.
Use Keywords:
Make sure your prompt for the AI includes the same researched keywords that you focused on in in your YouTube video. Since SlideShare is also a search engine, ranking for the right keywords will make your content more discoverable.
Final Edits:
Review the slide deck to ensure everything looks good and makes sense.
Export your final slides as PDF.
Once approved, upload the presentation to SlideShare.
Optimize Titles, Descriptions, Categories, and Keywords:
The title of your slide should contain your focus keywords (remember, long-tail keywords can rank better). The description should reinforce those keywords.
Tip: Use ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or RoboStaff (Virtual AI Assistants) SEO Specialist to help craft the perfect title and description for SEO optimization.
In SlideShare, it prompts you to give up to 20 keywords. Enter in each keyword separated by comma. This is huge! All 20 must be inserted. You can have ChatGPT or Google Gemini AI help you come up with keyword ideas, but also you can start typing into SlideShare and it shows you ideas as well.
For the online business niche, for example, you can use "online business, online marketing, make money online, internet marketing, work from home ", etc., and whatever relevant keywords are for your topic. Give some and ask ChatGPT to use those ones and expand on them to 30 keywords. It can be under the category of Internet, Marketing, or Small Business and Entrepreneurship. You'll see at the bottom where your Discoverability increases, and you want to max this out.
Team Profile:
For these slide posts, you'll be working as a team on a newly-created SlideShare channel. This account is a hub of our latest members to work together. This is to make sure nothing is overdone and is tasteful. The schedule for sharing the slides goes directly along with your YouTube and Newsletter posting schedule. You do post it all back to back.
Consistency is Key:
You might not rank high immediately, but consistent uploads will build the team presence on the new account. Be sure to research keywords, create valuable content, and post regularly.
Make sure to categorize your slides properly within your niche.
Keyword Research with Ubersuggest:
Use Ubersuggest to identify long-tail keywords that are being searched but aren’t too competitive. This is the sweet spot where you’ll rank with lower competition but enough volume that people are indeed searching.
You get three free searches per day, but you can create multiple Ubersuggest accounts using multiple email addresses (your company email address, or extra of your own email accounts) to perform more than three searches.
Generate Additional Scripts:
Once you find a good keyword, ask ChatGPT to generate a presentation script around that topic. Be sure to include the chosen keywords in your prompt.
Upload & Optimize:
Remember that the title is the most important place to include your researched keywords.
Follow the same steps as before to upload your presentation onto our SlideShare
, making sure to optimize your SEO by including the keywords in both the title and description.
We put together this quick PDF on the importance of strong CTAs and high-value content:
Success Guide for Slides: Creating Strong CTAs and High-Value Content
Include Links:
On every slide presentation, make sure to include a link to your newsletter landing page where people can sign up and receive your free eBook giveaway. This helps drive more subscribers to your newsletter.
Spell Out Links:
In the slide description, spell out the link to your newsletter sign-up page so viewers can easily access and subscribe.
Online Business Niche:
Include this in description and within the slide:
**Subscribe to our FREE newsletter and get our Faceless Digital Marketing Beginner’s Guide - your ultimate resource for skyrocketing your online business success, plus bonus strategies to boost engagement and grow your audience: [YourNewsletterLink.com]!
Time Of Day: Try posting at different times of the day to see if it aligns better with the algorithm for increased visibility and engagement. This applies to YouTube as well, so ideally, post both your YouTube video and slide together. Immediately notify subscribers after posting to help gain traction. Experiment to find the best time to post on both platforms back-to-back for maximum impact.
High View Potential:
With strong keyword research and compelling content, your presentations have the potential to go viral or at least hit hundreds, if not thousands, of views. Consistency is crucial for long-term success.
Note: You may possibly start with 0 views for a few days, but after some time at least some views develop for these slides - it is just how the platform's algorithm works.
Value-Driven Content:
The more you believe in the content you’re putting out, the more others will too. Providing valuable information builds trust with your audience, making them more likely to follow and subscribe to your newsletter.
Nurture Your Followers:
Over time, as your SlideShare account gains traction, the algorithm will favor you more, just like on YouTube. The key is to keep growing your presence and continually provide value.
The Goal:
Grow your followers and subscribers by consistently sharing valuable content, driving more engagement with your newsletter. Over time, this will encourage your audience to upgrade for even more value!
We will be providing a paid version of Gamma for you to share with the team, which has full functionality and no watermark. Alternatively, you could use Slides Carnival (free) to manually drag and drop content into professionally designed templates, and you just have to mention Slides Carnival in small text in a corner somewhere so it is more tasteful. This gives you flexibility based on your goals.
Weekly Posting:
Post once a week (at a set time coordinated with the other team members) by reformatting your YouTube video content into a slide presentation and uploading it to our newly-created team SlideShare.com account.
You'll also include this slide presentation in your weekly video announcement newsletter. Mention (in your own or ChatGPT words) that you’ve made a slide on the topic as well, in addition to sharing the video link.
Advanced Option:
Post twice a week if you choose to do more advanced long-tail keyword research using Ubersuggest. This helps build momentum and increases views faster across your SlideShare.
You'll have to work out with Andrea if you're going to post twice a week so we can coordinate posting days/times the team
