Prepare Your Video and Slide Content
Before your set posting day, create your YouTube video content using invideo.ai and prepare it for upload. Additionally, reformat this content into a slide presentation using tools like Gamma or SlideCarnival.
Post Your First YouTube Video [On Your Set Posting Day]
On your assigned posting day, upload your video to YouTube. After posting, you then move on to post your slide presentation.
Post Your First Slide Presentation [On Your Set Posting Day]
Immediately after posting the YouTube video, reformat it into a slide presentation via Gamma and/or SlideCarnival (create your own free accounts for these). Then, share the presentation on our company's SlideShare.
Share Your First Newsletter [On Your Set Posting Day]
Right after posting, create your first "video and slide newsletter" about the new video, as well a slideshow presentation you made about it. You can use ChatGPT to help you come up with the wording.
Post onto X [On Your Set Posting Day]
Immediately after sharing, create an X (formerly Twitter) post linking to your new YouTube video. Create another post linking to your SlideShare content. If you need help with wording, feel free to ask ChatGPT for assistance—just make sure to include the direct hyperlink and relevant hashtags. Keep in mind, we’re starting this account from scratch, so the more engagement, the better. Use no more than 2 hashtags per post, generated from all-hashtags.com and be sure to change up the hashtags each time.
Prepare Your Reel Content [Once A Week]
At a time that works best for you, use AI to generate your YouTube Shorts, TikTok Reels, and Instagram Reels. You’ll be assigned to create content for two different days each week, with 3 pieces of content per day. Each reel will then be formatted and scheduled across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels, ultimately producing 6 videos that are adapted for each platform.
Schedule Reels [Once A Week]
Right after creating the reels, or at a time that suits you best, you’ll schedule 3 reels per day for your two pre-set days each week. This can all be done in one sitting using buffer.com. Each video should have 3 hashtags. Make sure that all scheduling is completed before your designated pre-set days. The 3 videos per day should be scheduled across YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok, spaced between 7am and 11pm (PST).
Create Your First Google Map and Site
Build your first Google Map and Google Site to help drive traffic to your landing page.
For as long as you are earning commissions with us and working for our team, you are committing to sticking to this schedule. The more effort you put in, the quicker you’ll see results. If you can increase your activity, even better!
Post to YouTube at least once a week. For faster growth, try to post twice a week.
Using the YouTube script, reformat this into a slide presentation via Gamma and post onto SlideShare
For quicker results, do another post later in the week with a new topic from more advanced UberSuggest keyword research
Advanced Option: Post slides twice a week by making a separate keyword-research slide onto SlideShare via Uber Suggest search tools.
After posting a YouTube video and its slide presentation on SlideShare, send a video newsletter to (1) your Substack subscribers and (2) our company email list right away containing both the YouTube video and its SlideShare presentation.
For the email to our mailing list, be sure to also include a link to sign up for your own newsletter (give your sign up landing page, and say the value that is offered with the eBook giveaway. Ask ChatGPT to help construct this call-to-action wording.
Advanced Option: If you make a second slide a week, you can email your newsletter about the new SlideShare content immediately after posting to help boost engagement.
Note: you could make this [second slide post a week] part of the paid subscriber tier. You could set that only paid subscribers get alerted about this extra SlideShare content. Your paid newsletter content could include whatever other content you promise, plus a section with the recently posted SlideShare to give them quality content while boosting engagement on your presentation.
Create at least one Google Map and Google Site per week to drive more newsletter sign-ups.
Create and schedule your reels in one sitting per week. Schedule reels for your pre-set two days a week, posting three times per day to maximize reach and grow our audience.
Once you have enough subscribers, send promotional emails with company-provided products:
If you post one YouTube video per week, send one promotional email per month.
Stay committed to the content schedule for your upgraded tier. If weekly for paid newsletter content (which is usually the case), make sure it’s delivered on time every week.
At a set time once a month, you'll additionally post one of your videos onto our company's general Substack, to gain more exposure and eyes to your video & slide
When you have time, promote your Substack by networking with other users or sharing your sign-up page on social media and blogs.
We encourage you to increase your posting on Google Maps/Google Sites, SlideShare, and any other extra Substack promotion you can think of to get things moving faster, if you can. You'll have to pre-determine your YouTube, SlideShare, Reel Scheduling and posting days in coordination with the team, but the other efforts can be on your own time within your schedule. The more effort you put into these areas, the quicker you’ll see real results!

Selling Additional Products:
As your newsletter grows and you begin to see engagement from your subscribers, you’ll get started on promoting your first product. At that point, you’ll need access to our list of monthly products from other vendors. You can promote and sell to your newsletter subscribers with the email series we provide.
We are providing the AI tools and resources you need to gain organic traffic and develop exceptional, valuable content. Some of these tools are free, while others are part of our provided paid-for content. There are limitations to shared paid tools, so we’ll need to navigate their usage carefully among team members.
For example, ChatGPT is free, and we are not paying for it. If you wish to upgrade on your own, that is at your discretion. If you want to remain entirely free, you can use the AI tools we provide. We have invested in RoboStaff Unlimited so the entire team can have access to a “Fiverr-like” team of specialists. You can find an AI virtual assistant on RoboStaff to help you, similar to ChatGPT.
We also have a paid plan for InVideo.io with a limit of 50 minutes. Since this is shared among team members, it may get crowded, and we’ll need to navigate that together. If you gain enough paid subscribers on your own, you could move into a higher tier with other team members.
Lastly, when using shared paid tools like vidIQ, RoboStaff, and InVideo, don’t be surprised if there is content from other team members. Be sure to keep track of your own work.
We are providing all the resources you need so you don’t have to pay out of pocket, and you can utilize AI—whether from our paid plans or curated free resources. Ultimately, if you wish to upgrade your tools outside of what we provide to enhance your experience, that is entirely up to you.
Growth For The Business Niche:
As you grow your subscriber base in the business niche, there’s an opportunity to take on more responsibility and develop your own division within our digital services agency. Once your subscribers reach a certain level, you’d have the option to sell services directly to your audience. You don’t need to be an expert or even necessarily provide the services yourself - these can be white-label or AI-generated to simplify the process.
We’d continue with a 50-50 split, ensuring you have our brand’s support while working independently to expand your division. If you reach this point, we’d provide additional training to guide you through the process and ensure you have all the tools and knowledge needed for success.
Expanding Into Our Other Niches:
Additionally, once you’ve established a subscriber base in one area and are ready to scale, you can represent us in our other niches. We have programs for Manifestation & Mindset, Music, or Online Business. This would extend your presence and earn potential even further.
E-Commerce Single Winning Product Setup, Marketing & Sales:
If you’ve worked with us for a while and built trust, we also offer an effective training on selling a setting up a single winning product in e-commerce. This training would guide you through the process of finding, marketing, and scaling a successful product. You’d receive step-by-step instructions on how to launch and manage your own e-commerce business. We’d continue with a 50-50 split, ensuring our support while you'd expand your efforts. Whether you’re new to e-commerce or looking to expand into this area, this training provides the knowledge and tools you need to thrive with a focused, high-performing product.
Take time to review the entire training above and ensure you understand each step. If you have any questions, no matter how small or seemingly simple, please reach out to Andrea. She is here to help, and all questions are welcome.
Don’t hesitate to ask for clarification or further guidance. We want you to feel confident and supported as you implement these strategies.
Please also communicate about anything as it comes up. For example, if one of the tools we provide has account limitations (due to multiple of our team members using it), please let us Andrea know so she can figure out a solution.
