Training 1
Training 1
As part of your role, you’ll be working with Our Company's Main High-Commission Sale, which is key to maximizing your success. Each niche has its own high-commission course or service, and you’ll receive specific information about this from Andrea. You should know which niche you were brought onto the team for.
Throughout this training, you’ll see us mention your "high-commission sale"—this term refers to the main course or service you'll be selling:
Online Business Niche: Secret Money System
Manifestation Niche: $10K/Month
Music Niche: Our company’s music services
These courses or services are essential to your sales efforts, and Andrea will provide you with all the details you need to succeed with them. Please note: some of these start as a small initial cost as a sales tactic, but through upsell funnels they have the potential to become high-commissions per customer.
The above training videos were the basic system we are using, but our team is working together on this. We are also doing this in our own way completely, and our own methods are described in future training pages. There will be initial setup involved as well. Before doing anything, first go through our entire training here to understand exact details on how we are working with this system. This page is divided into two main sections: YouTube Instructions and Substack Newsletter Instructions.
Use VidIQ:
We provide exclusive access to vidIQ, a powerful tool for researching trending topics and keywords in your niche (be sure to get login credentials from Andrea). Its powerful AI system also comes up with all the title, description, thumbnail, hashtag information, and video script that you need!
You want to look for the best long-tail-keywords. These are keywords that are less saturated (having lower competition) yet still have a high-enough search volume so that you can actually rank and get views. VidIQ will come up with ideas for these long tail keywords and rank them with the best "Overall Score". The higher the overall score, the better! You want yours in the green.
When coming up with a topic, be sure to look at our existing YouTube videos to not do a duplicate of that topic! It can be a slight variance on a topic with different wording or focus, but we do want to give a good variety for subscribers.

*Required: Upload the Video and Optimize the Title and Description:
Upload the video onto YouTube (as a regular YouTube video post, on your set posting day)
You need to include the hashtags into the bottom of your description, that vidIQ provided for you.
For the description with hashtags provided by vidIQ, you can copy and paste that, but be sure to always put your newsletter sign up link at the top of every description:

YOUR ULTIMATE SEO: You are discovering searched keywords that are high enough volume, but LOW enough competition that you can still rank. This is crucial to find that balance. You don't just want to go for the most trending keyword because - that will be saturated and hard to be found. If there are enough searches but the competition is low, people are more likely to find you. Sometimes this means "long tail keywords", or keywords that aren't the most sought after one-word but rather a string of words (use the keyword idea generator to come up with such keywords). But now you need to know WHERE to place these keywords.
Where do you include these keywords? The YouTube TITLE is the most important (double-check that vidIQ put the keyword in the title.
Then also reinforce these same keywords that you are focusing within the description of a few words (have ChatGPT or Google Gemini check to make sure your focus keywords are in the vidIQ description)
Also, when you upload onto YouTube, it has places where you can put tags. These are super important so that you can be found so be sure to always fully fill out these tag keywords when uploading to the YouTube platform for maximum discoverability and visibility. Go into the SEO section of vidIQ to generate tags.
This is optional, but you can also use our AI Virtual Assistant, RoboStaff. Connect with Ryan Johnson, our SEO specialist, to help rank your videos on YouTube. (Ask him to help you with YouTube SEO!)
Remember:
The more you do your market research on what is trending, the better success you will find. It is critical to do the extra steps in optimizing your YouTube video and SEO, because when starting from 0 subscribers you need to be discovered with all the right keywords and topics.
The more thorough your keyword and topic research is, the more likely your video is to rank and gain views. Using vidIQ, you’ll be able to identify keywords that people are actively searching for, as well as gauge their competitiveness. With this information, you can then have vidIQ generate content tailored to those keywords, helping your videos reach the right audience. Remember, it’s crucial to include the right keywords in your titles, to use hashtags in your description, and to put tags within the video uploads to optimize visibility.
As part of working with our team, you are committing to post onto YouTube at least once a week (at a pre-scheduled time organized with your other team members). You can opt to do twice a week, but we need to organize ahead of time. For as long as you are working with us and receiving commissions, this needs to happen every week. We recommend that you do it at the same time at your scheduled day(s) of the week, such as Monday morning. Your regular newsletter schedule will then be tied in according to this schedule.
To maintain and grow our audience, it's crucial to post new content regularly and consistently. YouTube's algorithm rewards consistency so that helps to gain exposure. Consistent posting not only keeps your current subscribers engaged but also helps attract new viewers to your channel, which ultimately brings in newsletter subscribers. Regular content creation is a vital part of building and sustaining your presence on YouTube, so be sure to set up days of the week and times that really work for your schedule.
You will create your own Substack account in representing us.
For YouTube, you'll be working as a team on a newly-created YouTube channel. This account is a hub of our latest members to work together. Each one of you posts on certain scheduled days of the week because we can't overdo YouTube posting with its algorithm. So team members are put into small groups.
Then each video (and other methods we explain later of slide and google traffic) that you make will drive people in the description to sign up for your particular sign-up landing page, which links to your own Substack newsletter channel.
Your audience will be subscribing to our branch name (for example - Evolve Pathways Media), and you are representing us in your newsletter.

Preparation: Developing Paid Newsletter Tiers
Use AI to help create your paid newsletter monthly email.
We map out exactly what you provide to your subscribers in the instructions below (so please read the instruction link below!)
Every month, you'll deliver one monthly newsletter for the paid tier. This will include company provided digital ebook and tool products, and you will come up with the rest of the AI content for delivery (as explained in instructions below)
Use AI tools ChatGPT to brainstorm content ideas, and if you have the free version, you can also utilize RoboStaff’s Nathan Porter, our AI copywriter, for content creation. Google Gemini is also a great resource for up-to-the-minute trends.
Important: AI-generated content is only as good as the information you provide. Be sure to specify the writing style, target audience, and any other important details. Always review and edit AI-generated content to ensure it makes sense.

Create Regular Video Newsletter Content for Free Subscribers
Follow Dave Espino’s format for your unpaid newsletter content:
Alert Subscribers to Your Latest Video and Slide: Each newsletter should just alert your subscribers to your most recent YouTube video (which is posted at least once a week). Send this right after posting the YouTube Video and the Slide Presentation (Slide Presentation is later in the training)
HERE IS AN EXAMPLE of Dave's video newsletter alert. Follow this format, although you will also have a link to the slide you make as well (more in your Slide Training section)
In addition to Dave's model where he also links his high-ticket sale at the bottom, you will create a paywall, where some paid newsletter content will be entered into the free newsletter emails, and subscribers are prompted to upgrade to view it all
The paywall content at the bottom of each free video/slide newsletter is the eBook of the month and bonus tools & resources of the month. Our company will provide these exact download links. Subscribers will have to upgrade in order to access these download links, and the teasers behind the paywall are included in all the free newsletters.
Follow this video on creating a paywall within the free newsletter prompting them to upgrade
Include your High Commission Sale: At the bottom of each free video newsletter (as well as each paid newsletter), include a link to our main company high-commision sale with a compelling “lead magnet” text, or even include a click magnet image. ChatGPT can help you create this text. Reach out to Andrea if you want an image for this offering.
For Paid Subscriptions: Writing the Newsletter Content
Commit to a Monthly Schedule: Make sure to send your upgraded paid newsletter consistently once a month (later in the month), offering value to your paid subscribers. Your paid newsletter will be an entirely new monthly email with all the extra (AI-generated) content, as well as ebook and tools of the month links. Additionally, one part of the paid content will be behind a paywall. This will be the ebook of the month, and the tools/resources of the month that our company provides. The download links for these resources will be entered into the bottom of every weekly free video newsletter behind a paywall (this prompts the free subscribers to upgrade).
Remember: As shown in the training video above, you don't have to write the newsletter content yourself. Use tools like ChatGPT, Google Gemini and our AI Tool RoboStaff to generate content, or you can even just curate up-to-the-minute outside content from Google Gemini.
Organization: One section of the paid newsletter content (eBooks and bonus resources) will be within the free newsletter emails. The rest will be in a separate weekly email. Be sure to plan this out to receive the resources of the month on our team spreadsheet. This will provide the download link for the content. Subscribers can only access this exclusive content if they upgrade to paid.
Video Newsletter Content:
The video announcement newsletter is straightforward—it simply lets your subscribers know that you’ve posted a new video. You don’t need to come up with any new content for this one. Just share your video link within the newsletter, along with a short message about it.
*Use ChatGPT to help you generate the actual message about the new video posting. (This will keep the wording clean and polished, and you don't have to feel stuck about how to say something)
This video newsletter post helps drive views to your video.
You will also be sharing your slide presentation on the same topic.
At the bottom of your free video newsletter, you are including paywalls of the paid content, which prompts subscribers to want to upgrade. So you are providing the ebook of the month and bonus tools & resources of the month, but it is behind a paywall where they would have to upgrade (Note: we are providing these monthly ebooks and tools for you, so you will be receiving the content of the month on the team spreadsheet
The bottom of each video newsletter also includes the high-commission sale.
The basic free subscription focuses on these video newsletters, which provide regular content, keep your audience connected with your brand, and drive more views—helping boost your algorithm. Over time, this strategy builds momentum. Then all the content at the bottom prompts them to upgrade to the paid newsletter tier by giving sneak peak teasers and a paywall, and then they always have your high commission sale at the bottom of these free newsletters in case they become interested down the road.
One Video Newsletter Per Month on Company General Newsletter
Once a month (in a schedule organized with the team) you will create this video newsletter onto our company's general Substack (not just your own Substack). The one that you enter onto our general substack can give just that much more exposure to your video and slide content. It will look exactly the same as your video newsletter on your substack, but it is to an additional audience. So when it is your turn for the month, you post once to your own Substack and the second is to our company email list of existing leads.
At first, all our Substacks have up to a couple hundred LinkedIn b2b leads to get the momentum started.
Paid Newsletter Tiers:
For your paid newsletter tiers, we provide the exact outline of what you deliver each month. However, it is up to you to deliver. Each month for your paid newsletter, you’ll brainstorm ideas with ChatGPT to come up with what works best for your audience. Both ChatGPT and Google Gemini (for up-to-the-minute-trends) can generate the actual content for you.
[Online Business Niche] READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS on exactly what type of paid newsletter content you'll be providing
In addition to generating income from your newsletter, you’ll also be selling products from carefully selected vendors, through a series of emails to your subscribers, earning a 50% commission on all sales. Andrea will provide you with a comprehensive spreadsheet of these products, she'll be tracking through various commission platforms. These products are different than the main high commission sale - that one is already at the base of all your newsletters as well as on your sign up page. Reach out to Andrea when you're ready to promote these monthly products. Here’s how to effectively manage and maximize your product sales:
Warm Up Your Audience:
Before promoting products, provide value to your subscribers to build trust.
SCHEDULE: The rule of thumb is that for every four pieces of informational content, you do a sale. So if you are positing on YouTube once a week (this is informational content), then you'll only do one product promotion per month. If you post on YouTube twice a week, then you can sell products every other week (twice a month - allowing generally four YouTube videos to go by before another sales pitch)
Use the AI-Powered Sales Email Template Generator:
We will provide the email series to send to your subscribers for each product. We either receive these from the vendors, or they are generated from our exclusive AI Millionaire Email tool to generate high-converting email scripts tailored to any products.
Plug into Substack and Schedule:
Once the email series is ready, set it up in your Substack, scheduling one email per day for each one of the email series provided. (The scheduling allows you to do this in one sitting rather than send it out each day).
Hey Team,
We’re pricing our paid newsletter tier at $10 per month, and here’s why: this lower price point helps us build our audience faster, especially since many of our potential subscribers may not know us yet. By offering a high-value service at a reasonable price, we make it easier for people to take a chance and try out the paid tier, giving us the opportunity to build trust over time.
People may hesitate to subscribe initially because they don’t know what to expect. By offering valuable content at a low barrier to entry, we can show them the quality of our offerings and build long-term relationships. Once we’ve earned their trust, they’ll be more likely to stay subscribed, engage with more content, and even consider additional services.
Picture this:
You start with 200 paying subscribers, generating $1,000 per month in steady, reliable income. Now imagine growing that to 500 subscribers—that’s $2,500 per month of recurring income, and that’s just the beginning. As you build trust and relationships with each subscriber, this kind of growth becomes not only possible but achievable. Visualize how that feels, and remember that every day of effort you put in is a step closer to reaching that goal.
Having the right mindset and attitude plays a huge role in attracting and keeping your subscribers. The most successful entrepreneurs know that mastering their mindset is crucial—it’s not something that comes after taking action but a way of thinking that fuels inspired action and brings real results. When you’re in the right frame of mind, your actions naturally align with your goals, and that’s when the magic happens.
This is about more than just quick sales—it’s about creating a strong, loyal audience that trusts the value we provide. While we’re offering a lower price to attract more people, the real key to lasting success lies in how we consistently deliver quality and build trust over time.
Let’s focus on growing these relationships and working toward long-term success together!
